Action Cards are the simplest, easiest, and quickest place to start. They’re a single exercise a day and require very little time to complete. If you want more of a full workout, then start with the CR Workouts. And if you really want to dive deep, the Character Sheet Tracker is my personal favorite since it’s what helped me establish a solid foundation and became what I describe as my core rulebook. For something a little gentler, cozier, and incredibly rules-lite, pick up Realm Traveler.

All games are currently available as digital downloads, and you are free to print out whatever helps you best play them. The app will bring all four games to your phone.

No. You do not need any equipment. Every game is designed to work completely equipment-free.

No experience is needed. The Health Games were designed so they could be played at all experience levels. They include companion videos, so are a perfect place to start if you are just beginning your journey into exercise, returning from injury, or after an extended period away from exercise. Seasoned veterans of exercise will also find plentiful and surprising challenges within the games.
