Dr. Megan Wise is a licensed physical therapist and a graduate of New York University with a doctoral degree in physical therapy. She is also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher, and a Certified Life Coach.

Dr. Wise owns and operates Megan Wise PT PLLC, a private physical therapy clinic in New York City. She also co-owns Move Wise Health Studio, a health and wellness company focused on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and health and fitness coaching.
​
For the past 5 years she has specialized in performing arts physical therapy and has treated the Broadway cast and crews of over 30 Broadway and Off-Broadway productions including Hamilton, Mean Girls, CATS!, and Wicked.
​
She has also had the privilege of working with professional dancers from American Ballet Theatre, New York City Ballet, and Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater. She provides physical therapy services to film and television productions across New York City.

Dr. Wise regularly hosts workshops and talks for studios, schools, productions, and individual performers on topics such as: injury prevention, dance fitness and wellness, and maintaining a high-level performance career, among others. As a dancer and performer for 20+ years, she has struggled with multiple injuries and chronic pain, and uses this knowledge to educate performers, their teachers, parents, and directors/choreographers. She lives in NYC with her fiancé, Anthony, and rescue dog, Gizmo.

Dr. Anthony Sacramento PT, DPT is a licensed Physical Therapist, Life Coach, and Co-Owner of Move Wise Health Studio a health and wellness company focused on injury prevention, performance enhancement, and health and fitness coaching.
In his 5 years of practice he has acquired 10+ certifications to efficiently get people out of pain, take ownership of their health and lives, and perform at their highest level. He has worked with 1000+ patients spanning from marathon runners and gymnasts to professional MMA fighters, soccer players, and dancers.
Dr. Anthony was an artistic gymnast starting at the age of two and culminating as an elite collegiate gymnast and captain of his 2012 NCAA National Championship team. Over the course of his career he was a 3x All-American, 2nd in the nation at the junior olympic and collegiate levels on still rings, and coached young gymnasts to junior national team members.
Dr. Anthony knows what it means to overcome injury and failure and how to return to competing at and elite level. He uses his personal experience and knowledge from 5 orthopedic surgeries to educate other on mental toughness, injury prevention, goal setting, and how to incorporate gymnastics skills into everyday workouts.
When he is not working with patients, Dr. Anthony practices taekwondo and hapkido and lives with is fiancee, Megan, and rescue dog Gizmo in New York City.
